Chocolate Liqueur Recipe
Love chocolate liqueurs (well, sometimes of course)! Recently looked at one bottle of ingredients, and there are 6 different additives! I came to the conclusion that it would be better to do it myself, especially since it is very simple! It turns out creamy chocolate taste! Chewy and moderately sweet. Degrees you can adjust yourself!

  1. Tried in different ways, dark chocolate + sugar, milk and quite a bit of sugar. In both cases very tasty! This time I took 200g. here is such a chocolate + 50 gr. bitter sugar (not off).

  2. Chocolate grate (I broke into pieces because my chocolate was stuffed). Add chocolate to the pan with milk, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, just until smooth and add to the milk mass. Mix well and put on a slow fire.

  3. Keep on fire until the chocolate and sugar are dissolved (always stir with a whisk), do not boil. Liquid should not boil!!! If the chocolate is not completely dissolved (poor quality chocolate), you can grind a dip blender, but not for long, and then the cream will start to beat. When the chocolate is completely dissolved, add vodka and give more liquor to warm up well, but do not boil!!!

  4. If necessary, you can drain the liquor! Pour hot still in bottles, allow to cool completely and store in a cold place.

  5. I'm trying in a couple of hours after cooling! Tasty and without any harmful additives! It turns out about 1.5 liters of liquor!
