  1. I will grate the zucchini and cucumbers on a medium grater. I like them better in the sauce. You can optionally break them with a blender. Cottage cheese and sour cream put in the bowl of a blender, there also sent salt and garlic. Smashed everything to a smooth mass. for me, garlic is the optimal norm here. Put to taste.
  2. We send the curd-sour cream mixture to cucumbers with zucchini. I connected it with a silicone spatula. Chopped dill, sent there. Pepper to taste. Add pepper to taste. If the sauce will be eaten by children, do not pepper. Pepper then the finished dish. I make sauce for new boiled potatoes and chicken cutlets. For me, the sauce is just great for the amount of ingredients I have given. Put in the refrigerator before serving for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve. I will serve the sauce to the dish in the saucepan to each individual.
