Ingredients
  • 1kilogram Red currant
  • 2,5glass Sugarfor marmalade – 2 stack., for dusting-0.5 stack.

Instructions
  1. Sort the berries and rinse thoroughly. In a saucepan, cook for a couple under a lid with a little water until soft.

  3. Mix with sugar and cook until tender.

  5. Pour into molds or one large mold. And leave to dry overnight.
  6. Remove from the mold and roll in sugar.
