  1. Cut the butter into small cubes. I couldn’t stand it at room temperature. He’s already soft enough. The main thing is not to come out of the freezer.
  2. Put the marshmallows in a 0.5-liter jar (note that the marshmallows are double) and put them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Marshmallows will increase in size. And then act very quickly: start whipping marshmallows with a mixer, adding butter piece by piece. After half of the butter is mixed with marshmallows, stop the mixer, put the jar of cream in a saucepan with cold water and, continuing to beat, add a piece of the remaining butter to the cream.
  4. Beat for five minutes.
  5. The cream holds its shape well and is suitable for washing and decorating cakes.
