Egg yolk

Instructions
Wash the potatoes, peel, slice, salt, cook until tender, drain the broth. Dry the potatoes, this will save the mashed potatoes from a watery taste.
RUB soft butter and boiled egg yolks, pour boiling milk, mix until smooth.
Pour the cream and yolk mass into the hot potatoes, then mash these. Add milk if desired.
Serve hot. Bon appetit.
