Pour hot water from the tap to reduce the cooking time. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are ready.
When the potatoes are ready, drain the water. Pour the milk into a glass and send it to the microwave for 2 minutes to boil. Add the boiled milk and butter to the pot with the potatoes. I always make mashed potatoes only with a mixer, in this way it turns out very gentle, airy and homogeneous (like a cream). This method eliminates the presence of lumps in the puree.
Then enter the raw egg and salt and mix everything with a mixer.
For color add turmeric and onions for flavor. Onion will give its light flavor, which will give the taste of mashed potatoes.
