Meat Rolls “Homemade Sausages” Recipe
Good day, dear cooks!!! I hasten to You with a very simple, satisfying, very juicy and clear meat dish. In our family, it has taken root since time immemorial. My family calls this dish “homemade sausages”, because the meat is obtained with the taste of homemade sausage. Welcome to our table!!!

  1. Cut the pork into portions. Thinly chop the meat. The thinner it is beaten off, the better the roll will be wrapped and you will not have to fasten it with toothpicks.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste and leave for half an hour to salt.
  3. Raw carrots and lard cut into cubes. Garlic in thin slices along the clove.
  4. On each layer of meat, put a piece of carrot, lard and a couple of slices of garlic on one edge.
  5. Roll into a roll and press well with your hands. So the rolls will keep their shape and will not spin when frying. Do the same with the rest of the meat.
  6. Beat the egg lightly with a fork. Pour the breadcrumbs into a convenient plate.
  7. Dip each roll in an egg, roll well in breadcrumbs and spread on a preheated frying pan with sunflower oil. Fry the rolls on all sides until browned. As you can see, not a single roll turned around when frying.
  8. Add a little water to the fried rolls and put on a small fire. Simmer for about an hour. You can also put the rolls in the oven and then cook until ready. Serve with any side dish. It’s really delicious. Such rolls are not a shame to serve on a festive table!
