A fresh tenderloin fell into my hands, and this quick and delicious salad was born.

  1. Marinate the tenderloin with garlic, red sweet pepper and salt.
  2. Lettuce leaves spread out in a pile.
  3. After 10 minutes, put the meat on the grill pan and fry on both sides until ready.
  4. 5 pieces of ready-made meat are put aside, the rest are finely cut.
  5. We put the apples on a grill pan and fry them on 2 sides.
  6. Combine salad leaves, meat and apples. Sprinkle with pine nuts on top.
  7. Prepare the sauce: lemon juice, basil and olive oil mix.
  8. We pour our salad sauce and call the meat eaters to the table.
