Pork cut into thin cubes (can use any meat, is delicious and liver). Marinate for an hour in mixture of soy sauce and lemon juice (optional and time permitting).
Pumpkin remove seeds and peel, cut into cubes 1 cm thick Place in a heatproof dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices (I have thyme and mint). Drizzle with olive oil and mix. Bake until pumpkin is soft for 10-15 minutes.
Grapes cut into halves, remove the bones (if any). Salad coarsely chop or tear the hands, a few leaves left to feed. Add the crushed garlic clove and cranberry sauce, which will give a unique sweet and tart taste.
Meat quickly fry on a small amount of oil. Put it against the pumpkin. Add the remaining ingredients and gently but thoroughly mix right in the form where the pumpkin was baked.
Spread the lettuce leaves on a large plate. In the center of the slide, put the salad. Sprinkle with salt roasted pumpkin seeds (I do it in the microwave for 1 minute). A delicious meal is ready! In cold the form of, too, very tasty.
