A delicious salad with beef, sweet bell pepper, fried onions and fresh, specially prepared cucumber can be served as a hot snack for dinner or a light lunch. Lightly salted cucumber, roast beef with vegetables, the sourness of lemon and spiciness of soy sauce allow to obtain the delicate taste.

- 250 gram Beef (you can use other meat)
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon Spices (coriander, ground red pepper, hot or sweet to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

- To begin, prepare the cucumber. My it and cut into thin long strips with a knife for cleaning of vegetables. Fill with salt and leave for 15 minutes Beef cut along the fibers into thin slices, better cut slightly frozen beef, and then cut across the fibers into thin ribbons. Onions shinkuem thin half-rings, pepper cut into strips.
- On a heated pan pour a little vegetable oil, spread the meat and fry until the liquid evaporates. Then add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, spread the onion and fry, stirring, 1-2 minutes.
