  1. Step 1 Preheat the oven to 200•C Defrost the dough Step 2 Dough 2 layers: each roll out so that 3 sausages fit, grease with ketchup and sprinkle with cheese. Put the sausages on the edge and wrap them in a roll. Next, cut each roll and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. (Put them at a distance from each other, because they will increase in size). Cover with a towel and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Step 3 Send to the oven and bake for 20 – 25 min., the last 10 minutes I baked on convection to brown)
