Today I offer you for review another experiment - garlic mini-rolls with cheese, prepared using a form for dumplings. These buns are perfect for first courses, and it is also convenient to take them to nature for a snack.

I will knead the dough in a bread maker. To do this, pour the milk with yeast into the bucket of the bread maker. Add the egg, sour cream, melted butter, and salt.

Knead the dough, cut off a piece, roll out into a layer and cover the form with it. Put the pieces of cheese in the cells.
Then cut another piece from the dough and roll it out again. Cover the first layer of dough with cheese. Gently flatten with a rolling pin, and then roll out to form. Separate the excess dough.
