Defrost the mushrooms and sprinkle with lemon juice. After 5 minutes, pour in the soy sauce and leave for 30 minutes.
Fry the mushrooms for a few minutes.
Slice the tomato, squid meat, chop the greens and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix the chopped vegetables with mushrooms., to taste, if desired, add a little more soy sauce, and cook the salad!
