Mushroom Salad Recipe
Warm vegetable salad with mushrooms. Very tasty and juicy. Not heavy at all, but satisfying. It can serve as a side dish or a separate dish.

  1. Chop the cabbage into strips, cut the olives into rings.

  2. Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

  3. With mushrooms drain off any excess liquid and add to the onions. Pour in the soy sauce and fry the mushrooms with the onions.
