  1. Wash and peel the mushrooms, cut into thin slices, pour the juice of one lemon over the mushrooms, pepper, salt, pour in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, mix.
  2. Cut the avocado into large slices, add to the mushrooms. Sprinkle with herbs. I used parsley instead of mint.
  3. Mix everything carefully so as not to deform the avocado slices.
