This dish will decorate any table, and it is not a shame to serve guests. Delicious – and hot, and as an appetizer, cooled.

  1. Turn on the oven to warm up. It is advisable to take very large mushrooms. Wipe them with a dry cloth.
  2. With a teaspoon or a special gadget, remove the leg and a little pulp. The main thing is not to damage the hat. Put the caps in a heat-resistant form.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, wash the onion, dry it and chop it.
  4. Pour an egg into each cap and add salt. Add the onion.
  5. Spread the cheese on top, leaving 1 tbsp.
  6. Send to the oven, bake at 190-200 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
  7. Ready to immediately sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
