Spicy potatoes with fried wild mushrooms and onions, baked in the oven under the crust of a mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese. Potatoes with mushrooms from the oven are many people's favorite dish. My mushrooms are frozen in the forest. Defrosted, cut and sent to boil in salted water.
Potatoes and onions are cleaned. Mushrooms are fished out of the pan with a slotted spoon, letting the water drain.
We take a baking dish. I have a rectangular 20 X 25 cm. Potatoes are dried from the water with a paper towel and cut into slices, cut across about 0.7 cm thick. We put the slices in a mold, pour oil, sprinkle with oregano and basil, pepper and salt. Stir and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes at t-180 C to bake. The potatoes should be ready. Be guided by your oven.
In parallel, fry the onion with boiled mushrooms in a frying pan.
Grate the cheese and mix it with breadcrumbs.
Remove the potatoes from the oven. Do not turn off the oven. It's almost ready. Mix it carefully.
Sprinkle the potatoes with a mixture of breadcrumbs with cheese, half.
Next, spread the fried mushrooms with onions.
Sprinkle the second half of the breadcrumbs with cheese on top. We put it in the oven to bake for 10 minutes at the same t-180 C. Everything is ready in our dish. Let the cheese melt.
