Aromatic, spicy, slightly sweet mustard. It is good as an independent seasoning with bread, sausages and sausages, as well as with meat and fish dishes. Caution! Very strong!
Mix all the dry ingredients: mustard powder, salt, cane sugar, ground sweet paprika and ground hot pepper.
Pour boiling water, vinegar and add honey.
Mix thoroughly, we don’t need any lumps. Let stand for 2 hours at room temperature.
Mustard is ready for use. But it is better to put it in the refrigerator for a day and give it time to brew. Store mustard in the refrigerator in a glass jar with a tight lid.
Shelf life ~ 1-1. 5 weeks.
*If you pour water at room temperature instead of boiling water, the mustard will taste a little softer.
