Instructions
  1. To prepare the right ingredients.
  2. Pour whole-grain oat flakes and sunflower seeds into a dry frying pan.
  3. Dry on low heat, stirring, for 5 minutes. Cool.
  4. Add the dried apricots and the pan mixture to the blender bowl.
  5. Whisk until fine crumbs form, add lemon juice and thick honey.
  6. Mash with a blender until a viscous mass is obtained, but not sticky to the hands.
  7. Spread the mass with your hands on the food film and roll it out with a rolling pin. The mass does not stick at all and rolls out well. If it suddenly sticks, add more ground oat flakes or roll out between two layers of film. Trim the edges, they are easily cut off with a silicone spatula.
  8. Arrange the bananas by cutting off the tips on both sides. The bananas were small, they were just enough for two pieces. Then you need to adjust if it is big.
  9. Roll into a roll to connect the edges, cut off the excess, pinch the joint and wrap in several layers of film. Roll out the roll on the table. I have a double portion, it turned out two such rolls. If you cook in the evening, leave it in the refrigerator until morning. If you need it urgently, put it in the freezer for an hour or two. Cut the rolls into rolls and serve with morning tea or coffee, as someone is used to. Energy and vitamins for the whole day are provided to you.
