Ingredients

Mayonnaise
salt, sugar

Lemon juice

teaspoon
Vinegar essence
Instructions
Cut the onion into thin rings. I cooked half the usual meal.
Add a pinch of salt and sugar. Pour boiling water, pour vinegar essence, mix, cover and leave for a few hours, you can overnight.
Boil beef and carrots and cool. Cool the meat in the broth so that it does not curdle. Cut the meat into small cubes.
Just cut the carrots into cubes and add them to the meat.
Squeeze the onion well and add it to the salad.
Add salt to the salad to taste, add sugar and lemon juice. Add finely chopped dill. Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
