Take a large frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom, squeeze out the garlic, add vegetable oil.
Grate the tomatoes on a fine grater or chop them in a blender.
Fry the garlic and tomatoes.
Cut the fish into small pieces (you can use cubes).
Cut the squid into small pieces too.
Shrimp (I have boiled and frozen) defrost, peel.
In the tomato-garlic mass, add rice, turmeric (or dye), water (so that it covers the whole rice).
I have more mussels, great!!!
Let the water boil, add salt, pepper, and mix. Add the same fish, mussels, shrimp, in short, all the sea “reptiles” – except squid!!!
When the rice is almost ready, throw the squid in there, stir and let it “put out” for 5 minutes. Then remove from the stove, close the lid and leave for 10-15 minutes. Our delicious paella is ready!!!
