Pepper, of course, it is better to take the red - it will be prettier in the end, but I, unfortunately, 2 of the nearest stores were only green! However the taste is not affected! Only on the aesthetic component!
Add rice, green peas and spices to the fried vegetables. A little salt. Pour the broth. Simmer for 10 minutes
The broth for paella should be delicious! Simmer this broth, which then would have to cook the soup!
Add to rice meat with seafood and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve paella hot! You can sprinkle with herbs.
