Defrost the seafood cocktail and drain the liquid. In a wide frying pan, heat the oil, fry the seafood for 2-3 minutes on high heat and set aside.
In the same pan fry finely chopped onions until transparent.
Add the rice and stir. Fry the rice, stirring for a couple of minutes.
Pour boiling water into the rice, so that it covered the rice on the finger. Turn down the heat to medium, salt. The total cooking time is about 20 minutes. After adding water, rice should not be disturbed. Add tomato puree or crushed tomato pulp.
After 10 minutes, put the diced pepper in the pan.
Frozen green peas.
And green beans.
When the water is absorbed and the rice is ready, spread on top of seafood and decorate with slices of lemon. Close the lid and let stand for a few minutes before serving. Serve paella to the table hot. Bon appetit!
