  1. Wash the arugula.
  2. Grind cheese with a blender or combine (ideally parmesan, if not, replace with any hard variety), nuts and finely chopped garlic.
  3. Add salt, pepper, mix with two tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil).
