Pine nuts (peeled)

Instructions
Wash the arugula.
Grind cheese with a blender or combine (ideally parmesan, if not, replace with any hard variety), nuts and finely chopped garlic.
Add salt, pepper, mix with two tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil).
