This version of pasta is for those who watch their figure, but love pasta. This, of course, is still not a low-calorie dish, but it is better than pasta, at 1000 kcal per serving. About 400 kcal per serving.
Boil the water for the spaghetti. Lay out the pasta.
Cut the mushrooms into slices (or just take canned ones, I took them from a jar). Fry in olive oil.
Chop the tomatoes and olives.
Add tomatoes and olives to the mushrooms.
Pour in cream or milk. Add basil and cumin. You can use a mixture of Italian herbs. Simmer for a couple of minutes, stirring.
When the spaghetti is cooked, drain the water and add to the sauce. Mix everything and cook for another 2 minutes.
