Instructions
You can take any kind of spaghetti. From Basil we take only the leaves.
Fry the nuts in a dry hot pan until light brown. Set aside and allow to cool.
Put in a blender nuts, Basil leaves, grated Parmesan, garlic squeezed, salt, pepper, add two tablespoons of olive oil and grind.
Then start gradually, with tablespoons, add olive oil and continue to grind.
The goal is to achieve the consistency of a thick sauce.
Boil the spaghetti.
Transfer the pesto to a larger bowl.
Add (gradually) half a glass of water from the spaghetti to dilute the sauce.
We take out the spaghetti and mix it in the sauce.
Then we serve.
