To prepare the vegetable sauce, we will need green peas, green beans, broccoli. Boil the vegetables in boiling salted water for a couple of minutes. Dip them in icy water for 10 seconds, then drain.
Whisk with a blender into a homogeneous vegetable puree.
Peel the onion, chop it finely. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion.
Pour the cream over the onion.
Add the vegetable puree, add salt to taste, mix gently and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Whisk the finished sauce again in a blender (until smooth for a few seconds at high speed). Add the sauce to the fusilli, mix gently.
