For the preparation of vegetable sauce we need green peas, green beans, broccoli. Boil the vegetables in boiling salted water for a couple of minutes. Transfer them to ice water for 10 seconds, then drain.
Beat with a blender in a homogeneous vegetable puree.
Peel the onions, chop. In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the onion.
Pour the cream over the onion.
Add vegetable puree, salt to taste, mix gently and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
In salted water boil pasta.
Ready-made sauce again in a blender ( until smooth for a few seconds at high speed). Add the sauce to the fusilli, mix gently.
