Often, pasta with any red meat sauce is called Bolognese, which, of course, is not true. Today I propose to prepare a simple pasta with meat sauce. It differs from Bolognese in the reduced number of products and reduced cooking time - in other words, it is simpler. That does not prevent it from being delicious and attractive.
The amount of spaghetti can be taken, for example, for two servings. And the sauce, at the same time, is prepared from the specified number of products. Then just put it in the refrigerator and reheat it the next day. Heat the olive oil and fry the minced meat over high heat.
Add the chopped onion, paprika, and garlic. Cook for 5-6 minutes until soft.
Add the tomato paste and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and stir.
Add water. Bring to the boil and cook for about 40 minutes, until thickened.
Somewhere in the middle of the process, add salt, pepper, oregano.
When ready, add the parsley, stir and turn off.
Prepare the spaghetti. Put them on a plate, pour the sauce on top, and sprinkle with Parmesan.Bon appetit.
