  1. Pre-soak the peas in cold water for 1-2 hours.
  2. Rinse the peas well, fill with water and bring to a boil. Remove the foam, cover and simmer until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a fine grater and fry everything in vegetable oil.
  4. When the peas are cooked, add the finely chopped potatoes, add salt and cook until the potatoes are ready.
  5. Add the roasting and finely chopped melted cheese to the soup. Bring everything to a boil. My soup turns out to be lean. You can cook soup in meat broth or add smoked chicken to your liking.
