We take peas green chipped, it does not require soaking and is very well boiled.
If you have a regular pea, it should be rinsed and soak overnight.
First cook noodles. You can be used and purchased, but I will tell you how my grandmother did (the proportions for the test she, of course, were much more than I have). In flour I add a pinch of salt, I add 4 teaspoons of vegetable oil and 2 teaspoons of cold water.
Knead the dough and leave for 1 hour.
Then I roll the dough thinly.
Then the dough is cut into short strips.
The noodles can be used immediately, but can be a bit dry, and you keep it for a few days. I dry in the microwave. The drying time takes from 30 seconds to a minute.
In the pot pour 1.5 liters of water and add washed peas. Bring to a boil and cook on low heat until ready.
Now fry the onions. Onion chopped cut.
Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Peas we have cooked, we add the potatoes, diced.
Add homemade noodles. You can use and purchased noodle.
Cook the soup until potatoes and noodles are ready. For a few minutes until cooked add onion, salt, pepper to taste.
