  1. Soak the peas for a couple of hours, fill with enough water, cook a little until ready. To the slightly undercooked peas, we send randomly chopped carrots and onions.
  2. Then we add potatoes to the soup, then pepper. Add salt, curry, ground black pepper.
  3. We disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, put it in a steamer, sprinkle with salt and cook for a couple of 15 minutes.
  4. The finished soup is pureed with an immersion blender. See what a beautiful color it turned out!
  5. We pour the soup on plates, spread the broccoli and serve it to the table.
  6. Do not eat immediately, let your eyes rejoice!
