Diet Soup-Puree with Broccoli Recipe
I offer you a soup-puree of vegetables and broccoli with the addition of cream 10 %, to serve, add to the plate literally 1 h l of olive oil. Healthy, tender-tasting soup is suitable for everyone who adheres to a healthy diet.

  1. The soup tastes better for me just cooked. So I cook it "for once". Put a pan of 500 ml water on the fire. Bring to a boil and put the vegetables, cut at random, in boiling water. Spread all the vegetables except broccoli and garlic. Cook the vegetables until tender. Next, spread the ready-made vegetables with broccoli inflorescences and garlic cloves. Salt to taste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Remove from the heat and puree. I used an immersion blender.
