The peas soak for 8-9 hours. I used yellow peas that didn't require soaking. Rinse, fill with water and put on fire.
Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Into a pan pour 1 tbsp oil, heat, then lay the sliced onions. Fry until golden brown, then add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
The pan pour 1 tbsp oil, put the spices (turmeric, coriander, cumin, chilli, ginger).
After 5 seconds add the sliced potatoes and fry on medium heat with continuous stirring for 3-4 minutes.
15-20 minutes before end of cooking, add the peas, the potatoes, and after 5 minutes - cut into small strips pepper, and sauteed onion and garlic. At the end of cooking, add the sliced tomato (without skin), tomato paste and salt, cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve with croutons.
