Peanuts with Spices and Garlic Recipe
I want to share with you, chefs, an excellent spicy crispy snack, this peanut is much tastier and healthier than the purchased one. Very tempting nuts in this version! Peanuts contain about 52% oil. In terms of protein content (27%), ground nuts are second only to soy. There are also a lot of B and E vitamins in these beans.

  1. Pour boiling water over the peanuts and leave for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and peel the peanuts. Put it on a paper towel and dry it a little. Prepare sugar and spices (except salt!!!).
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add sugar, curry, garlic powder, black and hot red pepper. Stir and hold for a couple of minutes (you will hear the intoxicating aroma of spices), add peanuts and, stirring occasionally, keep on fire for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (I have an electric one, I chose the “Upper and lower shade with fan” mode). Pour our peanuts with spices on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt well and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Focus on your oven! Stir the peanuts periodically. As soon as it becomes dry and ruddy, turn off the oven and take out the baking sheet.
