Instructions
Wash the pepper, remove the middle.
Mix the minced meat with salt, seasonings – to taste and boiled rice.
Stuff the peppers and put them in a baking container.
Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream with tomato paste, spices to taste and add a little water.
Pour over the pepper sauce. And put it in a preheated oven, bake until ready. I bake for 1.5 hours. Enjoy your meal!
