Instructions
  1. To prepare the dish, we will need boneless pork, cut into medium pieces. Honey, soy sauce, onion, ground paprika, pepper, salt and sunflower oil. My mustard is spicy and has a strong rich taste. But you can take mustard with a mild taste or sweet.
  2. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over high heat, put pieces of pork in it. Fry the meat so that it browns a little. Then add the diced onion. Approximately fry for another 10 minutes, stirring. Then add water (hot or cold) to the meat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix ground paprika, black pepper with mustard and honey, add soy sauce and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Add the resulting sauce to the meat, stir and continue to simmer under a closed lid for another 15-20 minutes.
  5. At the end of stewing, the sauce will thicken, and the finished meat should be easily pierced with a fork. A few minutes before the end of stewing, try to add salt to the meat and, if necessary, you can add it. Be sure to taste the dish, as it all depends on the degree of salinity of soy sauce and your personal preferences. Pour the sauce over the pork and serve with any side dish.
