Instructions
  1. We will prepare the necessary products. Any cookie will do, with the calculation of 2 pcs per serving, if it is thin like mine. Or 1-1. 5, if thicker.
  2. Mix mascarpone with yogurt and sugar
  3. Beat to the consistency of whipped cream and put in the refrigerator
  4. Chop the cookies. Don’t turn all the cookies into powder. Let the small crumbs remain, they will crunch pleasantly
  5. Place the cookies in the bottom layer and pour over the coffee. I got about 2 tablespoons of cookies and 2 teaspoons of coffee per serving. It is better to lay out the layers at the same time and level them in the course of the action
  6. Cut the mango into small cubes, approximately 1cm x 1cm
  7. Take the cream out of the refrigerator and put it on the cookies, about 1 tbsp. per serving. Distribute evenly
  8. Next, layer the mango until it covers the cream
  9. Again, a layer of cream, then mango and the top layer of cream. Then you can put it in the refrigerator so that the cream is still infused, or serve immediately. Before serving, you can wrap it with a damp cloth so as not to stain the dishes with cocoa powder
  10. Dust the cocoa and gently remove the napkins
  11. A delicate cream dessert with coffee and tropical notes is ready to delight guests and loved ones!
