Tender dough and delicious filling. There are many variations of cabbage pie. I have tried many variants of “aspic” pies, this is the most successful dough.

Instructions
Melt the butter.
In a glass of kefir, extinguish 0.5 tsp of soda, pour into the butter, add sugar, mix.
Beat the egg and add to the dough.
Add flour. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
Put 1/2 of the dough on the bottom of the mold.
On top of chopped cabbage + dill (salt, pepper) + eggs, diced. Lay out the remaining half of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 g for 30-40 minutes .
