The size of the form is 20X30 cm.
The pie is made very quickly, the longest process is preparing the apples. The number of them depends on the size, so be guided by the situation. Peel the apples, remove the middle and cut into large pieces.
Now prepare the topping. From butter, brown sugar, cocoa and cinnamon, make a crumb with your fingers.
Now the dough. Whisk the egg with sugar and vanilla essence (you can replace it with vanilla sugar).
Add sunflower oil and kefir and beat.
Add both types of flour and baking powder and stir. I have baking powder for gingerbread, so it's dark. You can use, of course, only white flour, but still the presence of a little wholemeal flour in baking greatly improves the taste of the dough, and for Apple baking it is just perfect.
Cover the form with baking paper, pour out the dough and smooth it out.
Spread the apples tightly on top.
Sprinkle the topping on the apples.
Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes, until the apples are soft and the topping turns Golden. Be guided by your oven.
