Instructions
Rice.
The rice is boiled in salted boiling water until cooked. Then I pull it out with a fork, carefully cut the bag, put the rice on a plate.
Meanwhile, chop all the vegetables and put them in a bowl. Cucumbers and tomatoes (I used cherry).
Cut the olives into two halves, add to the crumbly rice.
Spread the red pepper, diced, and corn without liquid. Season with vegetable oil, salt, mix and put in a salad bowl. Arrange the greens.
