Ricotta and Spinach Pasta on Bread Rolls Recipe
I offer a delicious, tender and savory pasta of ricotta, spinach and garlic on rye bread. Also, the snack is successfully complemented by quail eggs.

Ingredients

Quail egg

Salt
Instructions
Wash the spinach and dry it on a towel. Then put it in a blender.
Chop it up.
Add the ricotta, garlic, squeezed through a press, and salt.
Beat with a blender until smooth.
Use a pastry syringe (optional) to spread the paste on the rye loaves.
Peel the quail eggs, cut them into halves and put them on top of the pasta. The finished snack is served to the table, decorated as desired.
