  1. Peel the carrots and daikon. Grate on a coarse grater. Peel the apple and seeds, grate on a coarse grater and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and a mixture of ground peppers.
  2. Add the peas, finely chopped dill and mayonnaise. Mix the salad gently.
  3. Ready!
