Prepare the products. Boil eggs and chicken breast. Onions and carrots are cleaned. Prunes pour boiling water and leave for-10 minutes. Cut the chicken breast, prunes, mushrooms, green and onions. Eggs, carrots and cheese grate on a coarse grater (one yolk can be left for decoration)
Fry the mushrooms. (salt to taste)
Fry the carrots and onions. (salt to taste)
We begin to form a salad.
1 layer-chicken breast + mayonnaise (salt to taste)
3 layer-eggs + mayonnaise (salt to taste)
4 layer-fried mushrooms
5 layer-roasted carrots and onions + mayonnaise
6 layer-grated cheese
The finished salad is decorated as desired and sprinkle with green onions. Let it brew in the refrigerator.
