Step 1
Boil the breast and eggs until tender, cool, and peel the eggs.

Cut cucumbers, fillets and herbs, and RUB the eggs, garlic and cheese on a fine grater.

Lettuce can be collected in one common dish, spread out into 4 servings on the cremans or as I put layers on 2 servings.
Again we spread cucumbers, then fillet and garlic, grease with mayonnaise, then eggs and mayonnaise again, then cheese and a little mayonnaise, top with peas and herbs.
