Boiled eggs and pickled cucumbers cut into not very small cubes.
Chop the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.
Place the chopped vegetables and eggs in a large salad bowl or bowl. Add chopped herbs, green onions and peas to the salad. Season with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. (or sour cream/mayonnaise in its pure form) Mix well.
When serving, sprinkle each portion of the salad with grated cheese on a fine grater.
