  1. Beat off the chicken fillet, wrap it in a frying pan and send it to a preheated dry frying pan for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Tear the lettuce leaves and put them in a salad bowl.
  3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Add the corn.
  5. Meanwhile, it’s time to flip our fillet. Turn over and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Our chicken is ready. Let it cool and cut into slices. The fillet turns out juicy, fragrant and spicy, so we won’t need salt and spices for the salad.
  7. Season the salad with oil and mix.
  8. Put our chicken on top and serve it to the table.
