Instructions
Garlic pass through the press. Slice the bread, cover with garlic and fry in olive oil. Tear or chop the lettuce leaves.
Cucumbers cut into pieces, olives in half.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and strain. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Lettuce leaves, olives, croutons, pickles gently mix, pour the sauce and mix again. Serve immediately.
