Salad “Green” Recipe
The recipe was once found in a cooking magazine. Since then, the salad is a frequent guest on our table, especially since it is prepared quickly and simply. It is good as an independent dish, and as a side dish to baked or fried meat.

  1. Garlic pass through the press. Slice the bread, cover with garlic and fry in olive oil. Tear or chop the lettuce leaves.
  2. Cucumbers cut into pieces, olives in half.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and strain. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
  4. Lettuce leaves, olives, croutons, pickles gently mix, pour the sauce and mix again. Serve immediately.
