A very light and elegant salad with an unusual taste. I liked it extremely. I will definitely repeat this more than once.

  1. Fillet cut into very small cubes.
  2. Squeeze orange juice into raisins, cranberries and dried apricots, put on fire, cook for 2 minutes. Remove, add the apples and cool. Strain, pour the dried fruits into the chicken. Add oil, balsamic vinegar, chili pepper to the remaining juice and mix very well.
  3. Put the chicken and dried fruits, add salt and season to taste. Put it in a salad bowl and sprinkle with almonds.
