  1. Boil cabbage and peas in salted water until tender (10 minutes), cool.
  2. Cut the ham into small pieces and fry it in a preheated frying pan.
  3. Divide the cabbage into small inflorescences.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Boil the egg and cut it into large pieces.
  6. Mix cabbage, peas, egg, ham and cheese and season with mayonnaise.
